AREVA congratulates these recent graduates of the High Stakes Field Leadership program hosted in Lynchburg, Va. Graduates are high-performing AREVA employees working at our customers’ nuclear energy facilities throughout the United States.

The AREVA High Stakes Field Leadership program (HSFL) is a focused, three-week class designed to close the variation gap in a field leader’s skills and behaviors, align Field Leader development with the expectations of our customers and the industry, develop more intrusive oversight and feedback skills in our field leaders, and provide a field leader career path. All participants are nominated based on their potential for future promotion into leadership positions. Classes are held twice a year, in January and July.
